Strathcona Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an Associate Web Developer to join our Regina-based team. This is an early-career role designed for recent graduates or developers with 0–2 years of experience who want to build strong full-stack fundamentals while contributing to production systems.

You’ll work alongside senior developers, architects, and analysts to design, build, and refine scalable applications. Over time, this role provides a clear pathway into broader solution development within our Microsoft Power Platform practice.

You’re technically curious, disciplined in your approach, and motivated to grow. You bring:

• 0–2 years of professional or internship experience in web development

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks

• Experience working with Bootstrap or similar responsive UI frameworks

• Familiarity with backend development concepts (Node.js, C#, or similar)

• Experience consuming or building REST APIs and working with JSON

• Basic understanding of relational data structures and database concepts

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

• Exposure to build tools and package managers (npm, Vite, Webpack, etc.)

• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and basic web security principles

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Eligibility to work in Canada and obtain Government of Canada personnel security screening clearance

You will:

• Develop and maintain responsive, production-ready web applications

• Contribute to both frontend and backend components of solution delivery

• Integrate applications with APIs and data services

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and collaborative development processes

• Assist in testing, debugging, and performance optimization

• Continuously refine code quality, maintainability, and scalability

• Grow toward greater ownership of solution components as experience develops

This role is based primarily in our Regina, Saskatchewan office to support hands-on mentoring, collaboration, and professional development. You’ll work closely with experienced team members in an in-office environment, with occasional remote or client-facing activities as required by project needs.
